The first semester of the 5th year graduation project (II)

1. It is necessary to report the progress to the advisor every week and sign

    the graduation project signature sheet three times. The parents will be

    informed if the students are absent for three times and the subject will

    be graded as failed if absent 5 times.

2. Whoever does not turn in the midterm paper of the graduation project

    by week 13 will be failed.

3. Whoever does not participate in the oral test of the graduation project

    during week 14, the subject will be graded as failed.

4. The oral test of the graduation project is graded as pass/fail or incomplete.

    The students will be informed of the results after the oral committee discussions

    and according to the majority opinion.

5. Students who receive an incomplete must complete the oral make-up test

    by the 15th week. The make-up test result will be turned into the

   department meeting to see if they pass or not.

6. Whoever failing to participate in the oral test of the graduation project is

    defined as fail; the subject will be graded as failed.

7. Whoever does not participate in the graduation project presentation

    during the 16th week; the subject will be graded as failed.

8. Whoever does not turn in the graduation project paper and the disc during

     the 17th week; the subject will be graded as failed.

9. Whoever fails the graduation project (II) must select this course with the

     next year students next year.
